"WHAT'S THE BEST PRICE ? "

All it comes to an end when dealing with the customers  that  " Is this the Best Price ? " or "What is your Best Price ? ". So one day me and my  mate  Betty Nuggs were thinking, how to answer this frequently asked  question by the customers because it doesn't matter at all, even there are two different prices already marked on the products  but they still want the  best  price neither  Recommended Retail Price nor Sale Price. So we  figured out that it doesn't matter whether you spend 5 minutes or  30 minutes with a customer, all it comes to is the best price
.
As a solution he got a piece of paper and  marked the heading  as " The Best Price ..with a   big   smiling face : )  ". Looking at that I smiled as well ,He suggested me  to apply this " funda "  when next customer  is going  to ask for the best price,  hand over the piece of paper to the customer saying this is the best  price. So the next customer came in  and  the same thing happened, after providing  information &  service on a latest product to the customer, he asked me " Is this your best price ? " and  with a big smile on my face  I  gave that piece of paper to the customer saying  this is my best price for you. In reaction to my action, customer  replied  with a big smile and said  " I really liked it  &  want to buy this product ".

He returned that piece of paper to me with a smile and said that in future he would like to do more business with me, because he was really happy  with  the service and the delivered product knowledge, he said in today's market place a large number of consumers are willing to pay extra for a good service and the right information provided to them.

He disclosed that he went to other stores and experienced that the quality of service, Information and knowledge delivered by me was more professional but and the price offered was very competitive in the market   and therefore he willingly paid  few extra $  for the quality of  service.

Thanks to my mate Betty Nuggs. However, After working 10  years  in retail  he recently moved   to a new  industry and I am always going to miss his simple but  effective techniques used in the retail business i.e. what I consider as a quality of  a  " Retail Market Guru" which comes through experience in the industry over a period of time. The application of simple and effective techniques helps in selling and delivering complete customer satisfaction.
